PREZZO PRESENTS NEW SPRING MENU
-Featuring brand new flatbread salad range-
-new decadent desserts-
We at Entertain the Kids are delighted to be invited to sample the new Spring Menu at Prezzo located at the Printworks in Manchester.
The service at Prezzo was simply amazing. Very attentive without being over-bearing. Sarah (my guest for lunch) and I worked our way through the menu with the expert guidance from the staff.
We started by sharing Crab Cakes and Anti Pasto : something I have always wanted to try, though I left the Olives to Sarah. I then tucked into the Steak Flatbread, Rare steak, red onion, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, peppers, rocket and bella lodi cheese in a lemon and mustard dressing, simply divine, whilst Sarah devoured a scrumtious Chicken Salad (like no salad I’ve seen) goats cheese, croutons, garlic bread, avocado and a huge grilled pepper all helped to make this salad special, both accompanied with Truffle Oil Chips “WOW”.
Both of us decided against desert but our arms were twisted and we were both presented with Salted Caramel Arctic Slice. The desert was simply the best and rounded off a fantastic meal nicely.
Wait a moment : did I forget to mention the cocktails? The meal started with Prezzo Royale with Chambord and prosecco : this arrived with the Olives and gave us time to browse the menu. Swiftly followed by Aperol Spritz with Aperol, prosecco and soda then finished the cocktails with a refreshing arranciata cocktail; san Pellegrino, St Germain elderflower and rum : described as Italian summer in a glass : I couldn’t have put it better myself.
Full to bursting after a fantastic taste sensation the Manager treated us to a mini guiness, Tia Maria with floating Baileys : WOW.
