celebrates 10 years with a FAMILY FUN DAY
To celebrate their 10th anniversary Hyde Park Winter Wonderland are thrilled to announce a new addition to their festive offering the Family Fun Day, to be held on Monday 2nd January 2017. For the first time ever, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will host an array of special events and attractions aimed specifically at children and families. The event will be an alcohol free celebration and provide the perfect new year’s day out for all the family.
For this special event there will be a selection of additional family fun-filled entertainment including face painting, circus skills workshops, children’s comedy shows, street magicians, children’s entertainers and a chance to meet Sooty. Santa will also be exploring the event across the course of the day. Starting with a morning of going on his favourite rides and ending as he waves farewell to all from his Elf Car.
A competition will also be held for six lucky young winners to win an exclusive ice skating lesson with the stars from The Nutcracker on Ice. To enter please purchase a ticket for the Monday 2nd January 2017 shows and go to the website for further details.
The Family Fun Day will provide even more fun-filled entertainment specifically aimed at whole family enjoyment. The day will provide the perfect place, for children and parents alike, to relax and finish off the festive season.
The usual attractions will also appear including: the UK’s largest outdoor ice rink, The Magical Ice Kingdom – An Arctic Adventure, The Nutcracker on Ice, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk, The Sooty Christmas Show, the Giant Observation Wheel as well as many thrilling fairground rides, 200 chalets in the Angels Christmas Market and food and drink throughout the site.
