The Owners of Entertain the Kids and our sister Company ETK Lettings are the proud parents of William (age 5) who joined Reddish North End FC 5-7yr team for their first friendly match earlier today.
A huge thank you to Josh Moore who gave William some vital Goalie tips and training : Josh had such patience with William, who has only just started goalie training. William made some amazing saves during the first match and Josh showed amazing pride and continued to encourage William from the side lines.
The whole team played really well, especially as this was their first time playing against another team. Yes, we lost all 4 matches but we have since learned that the oposing team played their best 8 players which goes to prove how well the boys at Reddish North End FC played : they played a blinder.
The parents on the side-lines had a fab time too : we laughed when some team players took some dramatic dives, took possession of the ball then just stopped and even decided to just lie down on the floor : at one point William was using the goal post as a back scratcher haha.
The team meet for training on Wednesday evening 5-6pm. Goalie training is on Monday 6-7pm.
Reddish North End FC 5-7yr will be signing their team in June 2015 we believe so their is still plenty of time to bring your children along to join this team or the older categories.
