A stunning brand new boredom-busting manual from award winning bloggers Little Button Diaries
Entertaining kids is NOT easy. Fickle and easily distracted are amongst the best ways to describe our little bundles of joy but Laura Minter and Tia Williams, the award-winning Little Button Diaries bloggers, have dreamt up 100 little activities to fit a multiple of moods, interests and whims. From arts and crafts, to messy makes and simple science experiments to inspire, these mums have created a collection of projects that are simple to follow, clearly illustrated, easy to adapt and perfect for rainy days inside and sunny outdoor play!
There are great activity ideas such as making waterproof sand or painting with water guns, or you could make plaster of Paris handprints and mini piñatas. Imagine the fun you can have with giant bubbles or flying a homemade card kite. And then there’s how much they’ll love their own felt superhero mask or a felt owl. You’ll be spoilt for choice with projects, activities and games to your little ones entertained and engaged.
Most of the projects can be made using household items, or easy-to-find products at the craft shop. These activities are aimed at pre-school children but can be enjoyed by older or younger ones too. All of the ideas in this book have been tried and tested on Laura and Tia’s own children… and if something didn’t work it didn’t make the 100!
- Packed with easy-to-make-projects using household items
